Keeping clients and staff safe through COVID-19

In order to continue serving our clients and community while maintaining a safe environment for all, we have taken certain measures in order to limit the spread of COVID-19 while returning to normal operations. 

The following measures have been taken in order to increase our clients' and staff's safety.

• We ask that clients cancel their appointments and remain home if:
  • they are experiencing any symptoms of illness such as a fever, shortness of breath, and/or cough; 
  • if they have recently traveled outside of Canada;
  • if they have recently been in contact with someone who has traveled outside of Canada or is exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms.​
• All clients must wash their hands or sanitize their hands upon entering the clinic.
• All staff's temperature is taken at the beginning of their shift. 
• Clients' temperatures may be taken upon arriving at the clinic.
• We ask that clients not bring friends or family to their appointment unless necessary. 
• A mask may be worn during your treatment.
• Clients will be directed into a treatment room upon entering the clinic to eliminate time spent in the waiting area.
• A plexiglass barrier has been installed at our front desk.
• We will not be accepting payment by cash for the time being.
• Pelvic physiotherapy will only be offered virtually for the time being.
• We have increased our cleaning and disinfecting efforts throughout clinic.
• All treatment rooms and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every use. 
• Our therapists continue to perform proper hand cleaning/sanitizing before and after every session.
