Janik Bilodeau

Registered Physiotherapist

Janik Bilodeau is a bilingual Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario. Janik completed her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa. 

Janik is a driven and passionate physiotherapist currently working in orthopaedics and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She aims to provide every one of her clients with the knowledge and tools necessary to better their health and improve their quality of life. Using her interests in anatomy and physiology, which originally led her to her career as a physiotherapist, Janik helps her clients gain function through a variety of hands-on techniques and personalized exercise programs.

Janik enjoys expanding her knowledge in numerous aspects of physiotherapy with yearly continued education courses to provide her clients with the highest quality treatments. To date Janik has completed various courses such as vestibular rehabilitation, acupuncture and dry-needling, as well as pelvic floor dysfunctions. She is very passionate about pelvic floor physiotherapy and plans on further developing her knowledge in this field. 

Outside of work, Janik enjoys staying active by running, hiking and going to the gym.
